The son of Aurang Zeb and Manawar Bibi, Adnan was a team captain, Mid-Piedmont all-conference selection and earned the team’s offensive lineman award. He has participated in a variety of sports and is a member of the school’s chorus where he is the lead baritone. His community service activities include volunteering at the High Point Public Library reading books to students, helping those affected by hurricanes and tornadoes through the Under the Bridge Project, and community clean-up. Adnan has been on the honor roll every semester, won the vocal choir award in 2016 and has been named the school’s student of the month four times. Aurangzeb is coached by Jason Bradley.

The son of Allen and Donna Blizard, Cameron was a team captain, three-time Metro 4A all-conference selection, and twice selected as the team’s offensive lineman of the year. Very active in other areas of school life, he is a member of the National Honor Society, student body vice-president, was selected as a Junior Marshal, is president of the Interclub Council, and was on the A honor roll for all four high school years. Cameron was also recognized as an Academic All-American by the National High School Coaches Association and was featured on Fox 8’s Student Spotlight in 2018. Cameron is coached by Johnny Boykin.

The son of Trone and Sharicka Clagon, Quan’dre was a three-time all-conference selection and the 2018 Mid-State 3A defensive player of the year. He earned defensive MVP honors twice and was selected as the team MVP as well as second team all-area. He earned academic all-conference recognition three times. His community service activities included tutoring at Madison Elementary School, organizing a flag football game to raise money for Autism Awareness and coaching the Greensboro Ravens little league team. Quan’dre is coached by Earl Bates.

The son of Eugene and Kelly Coleman, Chandler was a team captain, player of the week, Mid-State 3A all-conference selection, and second team all-region. He has received awards for academic all-conference, scholar athlete and academic excellence as well as being a member of the Dream Team and Mu Alpha Theta. His community service activities include work with the Great American Clean Up, roadside clean-up, volunteer yard work, and youth baseball lessons where he helped teach young players to hit and catch. Chandler is coached by John Kirby.

The son of Alfred and Felicia Coleman, Jayden was a team captain, all-conference, and was recognized as the offensive lineman MVP. He is a member of the Beta Club and National Technical Honor Society, earned the Bojangles Scholar Athlete Award, and is a recipient of the Eugene Thompson Scholarship. His community service activities include mentoring students at Ferndale Middle School, welcoming students to Northwood Elementary School, and mentoring members of Ferndale Middle School football team. Coleman is coached by Wayne Jones.

The son of Antonio Covington and Latoya Goode, Jahquaz was a team captain, all-conference, all-county honorable mention and team defensive MVP. He was inducted into the National Honor Society, has been on the A/B honor roll, was chosen to be a Junior Marshall and is an IB diploma candidate. In addition to sports, he is a member of the Everyone Club and the Social Injustice Club. His community service activities include Field Day at Hunter Elementary School, working with youth at Shalom Church, campus clean up and assisting with teacher move-in. The son of Brian and Angela Dalton, Robert was a team captain and team MVP as well as being selected all-conference and all-area. He has been on the A/B honor roll and was recognized as scholar-athlete of the week in 2018. He is a member of the JROTC and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His community service includes work with Jack and Jill of America and the JROTC. Dalton is coached by Darryl Brown.

The son of Tony and Andrea Foxx, Deaundrae was a team captain and earned the Western Guilford “Black Hat” award. He is a member of the leadership council, was selected as a Junior Marshal, is a member of the Guilford County Superintendent’s student advisory council, a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and was awarded a merit scholarship. His community service includes participation in a school fundraiser, church clean-up, JDL track clean-up, kids football camp and leading school tours. Foxx is coached by Brian Terwilliger.

He was also selected for the Christian Character/Leadership Award and the Bojangles Scholar Athlete of the Week. He is president of the National Honor Society and Beta Club as well as being a member of the Science National Honor Society, the National Society of High School Scholars, and received the Distinguished Christian High School Student Award for Character and Academics. His community service activities include volunteer coaching with the Miracle League, volunteering at the food bank and a peer mentor with Cougar Peers. Game is coached by Scott Bell.

His community service activities include feeding the homeless at Bynum Center, tutoring at Eastlawn Elementary School and volunteering with the Alamance County Collaborative and Juvenile Crime Prevention Council. The son of Gregory and Beth Day-Hairston, Morgan was a two-time team captain and an all-northwest athlete selection. He is an honor roll student and was selected for membership in the National Society of High School Scholars. A multisport athlete, he also found time to be active in the Culinary Arts Club, Nobacco Club, Key Club and Newspaper. His community service includes assisting children with S.T.E.M. related activities at SciTech, part of a youth ministry preparing toiletry baskets for families, volunteering with Crisis Control Ministries to prepare boxes of canned goods, and with Jack and Jill of America preparing bags for veterans and Thanksgiving baskets for families. He is a multisport athlete, earning academic all-conference recognition in track, lacrosse, and football and is a member of the school’s Men of Distinction club. He has assisted with ministry work as a volunteer at College Park Baptist Church. Keltner is coached by Josh McGee.

He is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His community service activities include volunteering with Cedar Grove TOP Outreach and Embodi/HP University Delta Sigma Theta. As a volunteer with these groups he helped with hurricane and tornado clean-up, collecting food, and delivering food to those in need. King is coached by Eric Rainey.

He is also president of the snowboarding club. His community service activities include work with Habitat for Humanity, the Summerfield Christmas Store, Northern Guilford youth football camps, Urban Ministry, and assisted with tornado clean-up. The son of Todd and Stacey Martin, William was a team captain, the recipient of the coach’s award, two-time all-conference, two-time all-region, and second team USA Today all-North Carolina team. He earned academic all-conference recognition and has been inducted into the National Honor Society. He was offered the Presidential Scholarship at Catawba College as well as the Belk Scholarship and True Homes Scholarship for Wingate University. He is active in several clubs including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Go Green Environmental Club, DREAM Team Leadership Club, the Latin Club, and president of the Warrior Special Olympics Club. His community service includes work with the Special Olympics, youth football and baseball camps, Elementary School fundraiser events, and the Go Green Club fun run. Martin is coached by Jeff Snuffer.

The son of Arnez and Sharon McDaniel, William was a two-time team captain and all-conference selection as quarterback. He is a three-time NCHSAA scholar-athlete. He is a member of the Theta Phi Psi Fraternity, the DREAM team, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He has volunteered at Willows Retirement Home, the Kids Bike Expo, Special Olympics, and the American Red Cross where he helped prepare a refugee center in Burlington during hurricane Florence. McDaniel is coached by Kerry Taylor.

The son of James McIntyre, Jr. and Jamila Jeter, James was a team captain, all-conference, defensive MVP, and player of the week. He is a honor roll student and has been recognized as the scholar-athlete of the week. He is a member of the Black Success club and student body vice-president. He has participated in several community service projects through church missions, the football team and the Black Success club. McIntyre is coached by Antwon Stevenson.

He is a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, earned the Sons of the American Revolution Bronze ROTC Medal, and in 2018 earned certification from the NAF Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. He is a multisport athlete and is involved in a variety of school activities, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Mount Tabor Ambassador, captain with JROTC and senior class president. He has also served as a representative on the NCHSAA Student Athlete Advisory Council. His community service includes work with Habitat for Humanity, several projects through Jefferson Christian Church Youth Group as well as Samaritan Ministries Service. He has volunteered as an assistant coach with RHASA youth softball, as a paperwork aid with Shelter Rock Dental Clinic, and as an elder companion at the Springwood Senior Care Center. The son of Kris and Kim Scheponik, Jacob was all-conference, all-area honorable mention, and recipient of the team’s Best Lineman award. He is a member of the National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society, has earned recognition as an AP Scholar with Distinction, and is an NCHSAA Scholar Athlete. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America and has achieved the level of Eagle Scout. His community service includes two mission trips to Guatemala with Caroline’s Promise, stocking the food pantry at the Out of the Garden Project, volunteering at a homeless shelter with the Boy Scouts, and several projects. He volunteered in the community after the tornado, has spent time reading to elementary school students and has spoken to groups of rising freshmen. Shol is coached by Steven Davis.

He has been selected to receive the Eugene Thompson Scholarship as well as a scholarship from Say Yes. A three-sport athlete, he is also active in the national FFA organization and chorus. He has volunteered with the FFA, Pleasant Garden Baptist Church, and with service activities sponsored by Southeast Guilford High School. Those community service activities include campus clean-up, hurricane relief efforts, camp facilitator, reading buddy, and a big brother mentor at Alamance Elementary School. He is a member of the National Honor Society, was an NC State Park Scholar finalist, a UNCG Blue & Gold scholar, a Junior Ambassador, is considered a Top 20 senior, and was the recipient of the Great American Rivalry student-athlete scholarship. In addition to playing football, he is very active in other areas of school life. He is student body vice-president, a senior leader in Young Life, co-founder and president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Page, sports editor of the yearbook, and is a member of the Pep and Fishing clubs. He has volunteered with several organizations including Guys Giving Back, the NC Wildlife Foundation, Hot Dish and Hope, Greensboro Urban Ministry, and ARC of Greensboro. He is a member of the National Honor Society, was accepted to the University of Alabama’s Honor College, and was awarded the University of Alabama’s Presidential Scholarship. He has attended Tar Heel Boys State and served as president of the school’s Special Olympics club. His community service includes volunteering as a buddy for children with special needs during Adventures Week at Camp Trinity, volunteering for bowling and spring games with the Special Olympics, and through the United Way, helping package meals for families. Teza is coached by Drew Hackett.

The son of Brian and Elizabeth Richardson, Brian earned all-conference and all-region honors as well as player of the week. In addition to being inducted into the National Honor Society, Brian was recognized as academic all-conference and received the principal’s award for academic excellence. Brian is active in school life, participating in the NCDOT Bridge Building Contest, is a member of the school’s DREAM Team, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and assists with Project Unify. His community service includes building a race track for kids. Coached by John Kirby, Brian plans to attend Appalachian State and pursue a career in the FBI, the Army, or CIA.

He is in the top 20 in his class and has been on the A/B honor roll all four years. A multisport athlete, he is also active in the DREAM Team, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is an FCA leader for football. He has volunteered his time helping with basketball games at the YMCA and assisting with baseball and football camps at the school. Thompson is coached by Fritz Hessenthaler.

The son of Sheila Whetstone, Joshua was part of the football program for four years and is described by his coach as the ultimate team player who just wanted what was best for the team. He has maintained a rigorous class schedule and earned honor roll status. In addition to football, he is active in other areas including the finance academy and serving as vice-president of the German club. He is active in the Boy Scouts, achieving the level of Eagle Scout. He has volunteered his time for projects with Habitat for Humanity and Boy Scouts as well as helping at a food shelter with his football team. Whetstone is coached by Todd Willert.

The son of Rodrick and Ora Emerson-White, Myric was a team captain, two-time all-conference, and all-county second team defensive selection. In addition to football, he has wrestled and played lacrosse, and is a recipient of the Eugene Thompson Scholarship. He has volunteered his time cutting grass and raking leaves at Cloister Oaks Apartments, cleaning at Parkway Chapel, and serving food at BB&T Park. White is coached by Laymar Marshall.

The son of Stacey and Devette Williams, Jacobey was a starter who was described as someone who leads his teammates and classmates by example. He is a multisport athlete and a member of the Senior Deans, an honor acquired through application and teacher recommendations. He is also very active in his church youth group and has worked as a summer camp counselor. Williams is coached by Mitch Reeves.
