He was also the Student Government Senior Class Vice-President. James was coached by Jeremy McDaniel.

In addition to being in the National Society of High School Scholars and being an AP Scholar, DaeQuan earned the Patrick Henry and Presidential Scholarships all while being a member of the All-Sports Club and French Club. He was also a Habitat for Humanity Youth Coach. DaeQuan was coached by Laymarr Marshall.

Dedrick was coached by Antwon Stevenson. ho earned Metro 4-A All-Conference and News & Record Second Team All-Area in 2009 and Defensive Line Player of the Year in 2010. He was a three year member of the basketball team and also served as a volunteer with Greensboro Urban Ministries. Christopher was coached by Fritz Hessenthaler.
